Brian Seemann - Reviewer / Underwriter / Certified Residential / FHA
Since 2001, Brian has nurtured EAS to have personal relationships with attorneys, accountants, direct lenders, management companies, and with more than fifty mortgage companies throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

In addition to his thriving appraisal practice, Brian is currently working with various companies as an independent: Forensic Reviewer, Reconciliation Reviewer, Retroactive Collateral Reviewer and Underwriter. He is also a former Quality Assurance and Freddie Mac Reconciliation Reviewer for a leading Appraisal Management Company.
With a passion for education, Brian has recently become an instructor for Bradford Technologies new Collateral Valuation Report (CVR) product. Brian teaches the Regression Analysis approach to valuation, as he certifies appraiser's to provide CVR services to its growing client list. Brian has also been an Adjunct Professor at the California State University of Northridge (CSUN) on Practical Appraising and Appraisal Techniques, and has supervised several trainees who obtained their appraiser license and/or certification.
